We are happy to accept returns if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of our “Exclusive Brand” range of products, namely:
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Returns MUST arrive at our store or warehouse within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, failing which, accepting the returns will be solely at the discretion of Wong Lighting.
Returns for purchases of our “Exclusive Brand” with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged or refunded to the original form of payment (credit card, direct debit, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Returns for purchases made with a gift card or a Store Credit will be refunded as a Store Credit, if applicable.
Shipping charges paid for the purchase will NOT be refunded. The customer is responsible for the return shipping either ONLINE or to STORE.
Reach out to us by clicking on the bottom left WhatsApp button on this page or drop us an email to request for a RMA number for your return, notify us your method of return and specify the store for return (where applicable). PLEASE DO NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER BACK TO US WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER. Upon receipt of your RMA number, you are all set to return your order to us.
RETURN ONLINE Clearly identify your return with our RMA number and return all components in their original packaging. Properly pack your return items to avoid damage in transit as Wong Lighting will not be held responsible for any form of damage to the return items. Wong Lighting will NOT process an exchange or refund for return items that are damaged upon receipt.
RETURN TO STORE Clearly identify your return with our RMA number and return all components in their original packaging to your designated store. Wong Lighting will NOT process an exchange or refund for return items that are damaged upon receipt.
Shipping charges for the return will be borne by Wong Lighting in the event that the return is the result of an error by Wong Lighting. Exceptions may apply. Items must be returned with all components in their original packaging for a full refund.
