  1. First email, you will receive our order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.
  2. Second email, you will receive our In-Store Pickup Notification when your order is packed and ready for pickup at our store.
  3. Last email, you will receive our reminder to pickup your order, if you have not already done so.

Doorstep Delivery

We Don’t Rest Until Your Order Is Delivered Policy

Delivery lead time is something we do not have absolute control because we rely on third parties for delivery service. Another unforeseen external factor may arise from government enforced temporary restrictions on business continuity. We appreciate your understanding should such circumstances arise but be assured we will continue to expedite the delivery and  keep our customers updated on the delivery status.
