Warranty Claims

We stand behind our products 100%. All our products carry a minimum of 6-months warranty against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty period will vary with different products.

To start a warranty claim, please include the following information in your email to us or walk-in to our stores with the below:

  • Name
  • Order number / proof of purchase
  • Serial number (if applicable)
  • Photo of defect
  • Shipping address (if applicable)

Customer satisfaction is our priority and we endeavour to nurture a long-term relationship with all our customers. We may still consider warranty claims beyond the warranty period. Should the need arise, reach out to us with your issue and we will conduct an assessment to determine if we can cover your issue under warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

Purchases made from unauthorized retailers, websites, platforms or stores WILL NOT be covered under warranty. Proof of purchase MUST be produced to file a warranty claim.

Warranty Coverage

We guarantee your product will remain fully functional for the duration of the warranty period effective from the date of purchase (proof of purchase MUST be provided). If you have a functional issue with your product during the warranty period, Wong Lighting will honor the warranty by repairing or replacing it with one of equal value or condition.

This warranty does not cover issues arising from the below:

  • customer induced damage
  • cosmetic damage/defects
  • product modification
  • wrong application
  • wrong input voltage utilized

Warranty Options After Warranty Period Has Expired

We care for our customers. We are duty bound to keep our customers happy using our products. If any of your product sold exclusively by Wong Lighting fail after the warranty period, reach out to us with a photo of the issue along with proof of purchase to discuss your options.
